Our Business Model

We have a company-within-a-company model. As a Euity partner (shareholder), you manage a ProfitCenter by matching your cumulative revenues (fees) and costs. For your clients, who are permanently assigned to you, you take over the account management responsibility. In addition, you manage your TalentPool - an additional source of income, because you always participate in the fees as soon as candidates from your pool are filled.

You are not bound to the terms and conditions with customers, you are free to decide under which legal and economic conditions you will carry out projects.

Our model offers you the possibility,

  1. To be able to build up a company value and sell it at any time
  2. To earn extraordinarily well, because after deducting the costs (10% for the services of the general partner and a maximum of 5% for tax advice, insurances, etc.) at least 85% of your fee turnover remains as profit share for you.
  3. To competlete projects easier and faster, because you have processes, an IT service, and a talent pool of around 30,000 IT/business specialists and managers at your disposal.

Getting started made easy

Even if you don't have a client yet, you can start immediately by identifying and categorizing candidates for our current projects in consultation with the responsible project managers and saving them in your TalentPool. As soon as candidates from your TalentPool are placed, you will receive 15-30% of the commission on a case-by-case basis.

Acquisition made easy

Large companies have sourcing strategies that preclude collaboration with micro-enterprises. They do not like to work with business partners who cannot prove that they can meet the requirements. We are established since 2009, can refer to a large number of successfully completed projects with companies of the international top category, which you can use as a reference.

Being part of a larger, already established company has many decisive advantages because many synergy effects can be used:

    The general partner takes care of all the marketing and administrative work.     1. You usually have to manage more than 100 potential applicants for each position, need to know the status of the application for each one.

    4. You must be able to trace the flow / complete process (workflow history) of each application.

Your Costs

The complete administration and marketing effort, the IT services, the risk assumption is taken over by the general partner and charges 10% of each of your sales. 90% of your consulting fees flow into your profit center. Costs that you have anyway as a private person, such as your car, your laptop, your cell phone, your your workroom etc. can be deducted from your taxes before determining your profit. before determining the profit.
